HIIT @ Home!

A little bit about my class before we get started: the format stays the same week to week and consists of 4 blocks of work that may be done either one right after the other or a la carte.

The four sections are:

  • TABATA

  • Lower Body Strength

  • Core

  • Glutes

If performed a la carte be sure to complete the TABATA section first as it is the most physically demanding block! Also, keep the exercises within each block in the order as written. They are organized the way they are for a reason!

Always remember to warm up before (see the Dynamic Warmup tab), cool down/stretch out after, & HAVE FUN!!!
